very rude to my family. she could hardly speek english and she ruined my prom dress. we agreed on 100$ to get it hemmed then she rang me up for 150$. my dress costed 400$ and when i went to pick it up a week before the dance there were small stains and rips all over the dress. she acted like nothing was wrong and wouldnt give me any money back. she did a horriable job and ruined my dress. i would never go here for any reason she is very rude and doesnt know what she is doing. i then had to take my dress to 3 different dry cleaners and they all said they have no idea what she even did to my dress to make it look like that. it sounds like it was on purpose.
The person who works the desk cannot understand English. This would be OK if he didn't yell at you for not taking the clothes off of the hanger. Then he sighs with disgust when he asks you when you want to pick up your clothes if you say anything short of one week.
As far as the quality of their work... I would say just normal dry cleaners. Nothing above and beyond but acceptable.
