I went for my free class to check out this gym on 1/16/17 and I must say the staff was amazing. Each member of the staff takes the time to get to know you and find out what you are looking to get out of the classes. Jarvis was my instructor and really took the time to break down each workout to make sure I wasperforming each one properly and safely. I really felt like they cared about my safety which is really important to me. At the end of the night I became a member of the gym. Looking forward to many more classes!
I did a drop in at CrossFit Hardbat, and I really loved it. The coach, Jarvis, was knowledgeable and gave great feedback. The members were incredibly sweet. One of them even offered me a ride because I was standing in the rain waiting for a taxi to arrive. I'll definitely drop in again when I'm in town!
Hardbat is hands-down the best gym in the area. I cannot express how this gym, it's coaches, and it's members have changed my life. I am a better athlete, person, and friend because of this community. Hardbat coaches are extremely knowledgable, approachable, helpful, and friendly. Classes are well-structured, fun, and safe. Aside from my progress as an athlete, Hardbat has helped me grow as a person. This community is encouraging, supportive, and welcoming, both in and out of the gym. I would recommend dropping in for a class... it could be the best decision you ever make!
The coaches are wonderful, people are welcoming and there is a great focus on technique. Love coming back each time!
