Doubted and even made fun of crossfit for years. Walked in about three weeks ago and it was the best decision. Tired of stale gym routines and hit a wall. New ideas and workouts. Haven't felt this good in a while or pushed myself this much. Huge thanks to the coaches for giving that push and make sure we're working out the right way. Friendly staff and people.
What can you say the 5 out 5 I would give it a 10/10 if I could. The coaches are grade A it has been the best 3 months and many more to come
I totally love this place. I am not huge in exercising and staying fit but this place, the coaches, the members, the entire team / family encourages you to keep moving, go further and be better. I am doing stuff I never did before and never thought/knew I could do. It's a total support gym; i am undoubtedly amazed and grateful. Glad to be a part of.
Great gym! Nick was welcoming to us dropping in on our way to vacation. He is a caring, enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach. His gym has kickass equipment and is organized to satisfy the OCD in all of us.
