Extremely patient and easy to work with, I was so indecisive about my granite counter selections and each time John worked up the price and numbers and allowed me time to make my decision as well as return to the warehouse to see the granite pieces in person and confirm my decision. Installation was easy, they were flexible with my schedule and dates to both measure and install, finish product is beautiful and so happy with the product, quality, price, and finished product! He is knowledgeable, professional and patient and extremely helpful along with the rest of the staff.. The installation was fast and the crew did a great job. I was so pleased with Troy Granite that I am having them redo my bathroom and once again I defer to John Diktas for his keen eye in helping me recreate my dated and boring bathroom to awesome and fabulous and I didn't break the bank on this project either. I can't say enough about Troy Granite. I wish I would've called them sooner.
