The staff is great and I've never had any complaints about the doctors. My only issue is every time I call I am on hold for about 5-10 minutes before someone even picks up the phone, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. If you are making a sick appointment, you have to let the person answering the phone know and a nurse will call you back. I've waited up to 2 hours before receiving a call back. This system is very frustrating and inconvenient. I've been with Nemours for 17 years and didn't used to have this issue. This new system is horrible and inconvenient, so now I end up taking my kids to the medical aid unit instead of wasting my time with this tedious process. Like I said, I've never had issues with Nemours until the past few years. I don't know if it is just this practice or Nemours as a whole, but this system has got to change!!!
