Highly recommend Delaware Orthodonics. We always walk in the door to a smiling face and the upbeat and positive atmosphere continues for the duration of the visit. The whole staff is wonderful with my daughter and I could not ask for better treatment for her. They are great at having her take responsibility for her care and treatment and also with explaining everything to both of us.
As a parent with two children requiring braces, you can imagine the fear I had financially. The doctors here were not only caring, but very honest with me about the treatment that my children would require. I even consulted with several other offices who were willing to "take my money" and keep my youngest in braces longer than he needed to be. I highly recommend Delaware Orthodontics for their professionalism and honesty - not to mention the great smiles that my children now have. Thank you DE Ortho!!! :-)
I enjoyed my experience at this office. Everyone was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They really care not only about your results but how you feel about your experience while in treatment. They listen and take your concerns into consideration. This is a great place to take your children, as it is a very kid friendly environment. However, I think they do a good job of catering to adults too.
The staff is friendly and upbeat, even from the first phone call; really a positive atmosphere. And the office decor is kid & adult friendly. If anyone asks me about braces, I will always recommend Delaware Orthodontics!!
Very un-accomodating if you need to reschedule. Twice I have had to reschedule my daughters appointments, once due to her having surgery scheduled on the same day and another due to school mid terms. Both times I was able to give ample notice but yet they could not re-schedule. My daughter is winding up to have braces on for a couple more months.
