Horrible. I had 8 pairs of name brand jeans and only got paid for one of them....they only paid me $4.75. Those pants arw worth 30 at the old navy store. The girls were prissy and they didnt bother to even go through the rest of the bags. DONT GO THERE. Its a waste of time.
Awful experience. Young women working acted like kids, no customer service, no professionalism, sky high prices. I was there years ago and it was slightly better. Dover store is much better and more affordable. Items new with tags still had $15 sale price on it from store and they marked it at $17. Can find better prices new on sale at most retail stores. Management needs to train staff in how to be an adult and professional behavior. No customer needs to hear how your date went or other personal business they were discussing instead of attending to paying customers. Won't ever return. Unless as a secret shopper.
Was gonna go there but by these reviews the service must suck I will pass on this store
Total waste of your time! Brought in a huge bag and 2 smaller bags of gently used clothes including: PINK, Charlotte Russe, Abercrombie & Fitch, Rue 21, Joe Boxer and etc. they went through the smaller bags and then didn’t even bother going through the big one. Apparently on the site, those are the clothes they are asking for, but in real life these name brands are not up to their standards. The girls have nasty attitudes and don’t seem to care. No such thing as customer service there
I brought in aeropostale and American Eagle jeans a guess Jean dress and many other clothes that on the site match there name brand selection. Some things still with tags.... they would not take anything because it was over a year on the tag. I used to love this store but it seems to have went down hill with there customer service....
